This cottage is lovely and perfect for 4 people. It's conveniently located close to the town of Akranes, just a few minutes away. The area is very picturesque, with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains from the window. The cottage is well-maintained and equipped with everything you need - there's a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, plates, pots, pan, glasses, cutlery, microwave, and even salt and pepper :).
Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by a dog.
I highly recommend this place!

Stayed on our first night in Iceland. Good location, Mountain View one side and ocean the other. 5 minute drive to local supermarket. The room was very warm and bed comfortable, everything you would need in the kitchen. The cottage was very clean. No complaints at all and would recommend for couples or families.

We were only there for one night because it was an alternative accommodation for us as the ring road was closed and our other hotels were no longer accessible. Cozy little cabin, everything you need. For some, getting the blanket and pillow seems like an almost impossible task, but all in all, some of the larger hotel chains in Iceland could do a lot when it comes to water pressure in the shower. Beds are comfortable, not hard and not too soft. I just think it's a shame that even though some chickens are kept, you don't get two eggs as a goodie for breakfast. We liked it ?

Very nice and clean guest house. The kitchen is well equipped, and the shower/bath nice and warm. The living room feels cozy and welcome. At night there is nearly any light solution so one can see the night sky clearly when there is no cloud cover. We were luck to see the Aurora here as well.

A nice place to stay near to Reykjavik and to explore the west of iceland. On our arrival day we directly drove to here. The accommodation is in separate cottages and has so much privacy. Each room has a small kitchen as well with all the required amenities. Beds were comfy and it was a bunk bed so the cottage could easily accommodate 4 people. Heating was superb. Only issue was with the WiFi we did not have the connection on first night. It was okay on 2nd night though. We could even see a week aurora as well behind the cottages.

We stayed here one night on Sunday 1st October 2023,Moar guesthouse and cabins is north of Reykjavik in a very quiet area off the main road.We stayed in the main house which has 4 or 5 bedrooms which are a reasonable size,very clean and comfy,there is a communal cosy lounge,kitchen and Bathroom.We booked through a website,it was cheap about £54 for one room.Moar has a nice warm feel to it,I liked it and would stay again.Didnt see or meet owners.

Booked Cottage 1 for 4 people in Feb and provided a double + single bunk bed + double sofa bed. Nice cosy typical wooden old cottage, only issues were bathroom and front door locks didn't work properly and bathroom window needs full blinds. Was lucky able to see the northern lights that night and was snowing.

The place is very clean and the rooms are big enough|The beds were comfortable|I don't understand why the bedding is not prepared in advance and I have to start sorting it out.|In terms of kitchen equipment, there are almost no dishes. Highly recommend
