Be careful and do not waste your time on this company!

We came to this town with a cruise, booked the whale watching tour with this company in advance. The weather was amazing, sunny, no wind, no waves. The tour was at 2pm, we came to the office at 11am to make sure that everything is fine. We were told to wait for our time, they are fully booked, so there is no chance to go earlier. The town is very small, we just walked around while waiting. 30 minutes before our tour, consultant Maria Anna called and told us that our tour is cancelled because of the poor weather conditions. There were 3 cruise ships in the town, so obviously all the other activities were already booked. Consultant Maria Anna was rude, did not even apologize and continued saying that the weather is too bad (however, we saw other small boats watching whales in the sea).

We do not worry about the wasted money, but we are disappointed because we travelled thousand miles and lost a chance to see the whales.

Amazing whale trip! The captain/guide was extremely knowledgeable and knew just what direction to go to follow the whales.

The scenery was beautiful and the humpback whales were up close and impressive.

Perfekte Tour im Schnellboot, super neuer Skipper. Drei Wale gesehen, einfach Klasse🤩 das hat mal richtig Spaß gemacht. Lieben Dank!

Saw 4 humpback whales which was fantastic. There was very little interaction from the guide though.
