Fun ziplining. Website is very descriptive about the journey. Had a fun time with great tour guides. Takes about 1:45 with a group of 9 people going down 5 zip lines over the 'glass river.' Arrive 5-10 minutes early to get harness on.

There are a total of 5 ziplines, and different companies offering a package (I'd say more or less the same?)
You simply walk from one to another, and question your existence while hanging on to dear life.
The guides were very professional and knowledgeable. There are a few good views and if you haven't done this before, you must!
I simply went with higher expectations and found the experience good overall. Not something mind-blowing for me.

Highlight of this tour was honestly the tour guides - Sabrina and Elfa! They were so entertaining, nice, and made for an incredible tour 😊

Zip lining itself was very nice and included five different zip lines varying in length, several of which are over the river and very picturesque. Took about 2 hours.

There was also a very friendly cat at the beginning of the tour, and I loved the wooden statues 🙂

Four of us booked on a whim and had THE BEST adventure together! We booked online a few hours in advance and were able to get the last booking for four that day. Keep that in mind, because it was a great experience. Our guides were friendly, fun, and informative. Try the "Spider Man" for a fun and exiting change. Not to be missed!

Joyful family fun. We are a family of 3 traveling through Iceland by cruiseship. John and his wife run the company along with Maxum (sp?) and they were perfect at what they do. Everything was super safe and enjoyable.

I was very nervous but my kid (11 yo) really wanted to do this, so I went for it. There are 5 zip lines altogether but the first one was the only one that scared me b/c you need to walk off the ledge. The zip team did a great job with safety and not overdoing the preparation - too much talking would have made me more nervous but I promise it was a great experience! By the second line, I was doing the spiderman 🙂 which is basically an upside down butterfly pose with hands free! No joke. Daughter and Husband had a wonderful time as well. There were several children/teens in the group (max 13 ppl) you go one at a time and walk short hikes in between.

Once there we were checked in and waited for the rest of the group. Everyone was fun and encouraging. I decided to go towards the beginning so I didn't chicken out. After check in, it's about a 5-10 min walk with rougher terrain to the first zipline. I should note that the zipline takes place adjacent to a frisbee golf course. There was another family where the kids ziplined, but the parents just walked the "golf" course to take pictures if that helps.

It was fun, adventerous, a bit of hiking but not overly strenuous and very afforable considering other options. Also, not large groups. I highly recommend!

If you are looking for about 1.5-2 hours of fun plus commute this is perfect. We actually rented e-scooters near the port for about 900 IKR ($7.50 usd) each way per scooter that was fun in and of itself but took about 20-25 mins. Taxi should take about 10 mins, The journey there has elevation change of about 250 feet, so somewhat difficult trek if you have mobility issues.

My sister found this fun activity on the way of our journey exploring Iceland along with an amazing cruise, many of us in our family enjoy zip lines, along with the beauty of the incredible views in Iceland, even if it’s small waterfalls and cliffs. I love documenting adventures and sometimes try bringing special equipment to capture moments, this trip I brand my GoPro to record all of the zip lines (although I accidentally didn’t record one), and I really appreciated the fact that they had free GoPro attachments on the helmet! That made it so much easier. Yana, (I hope I’m spelling her name right), was incredibly nice, funny, and extremely helpful, she was awesome!
